What to Expect:
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation of financial transactions processed between the Acquirer’s bank, Processor, and Card Schemes. (VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD)
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve mismatches between different transaction records, including clearing, and settlement discrepancies.
- Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy.
- Month-end General Ledger reconciliations and booking of journal entries on a daily and monthly basis
- Providing supporting documentation for annual and interim audits.
- Work closely with finance, risk, and payment operations teams.
To be successful you need to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Advanced or intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in lookups and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze problems and report them in a timely manner.
- Previous experience with accounting systems (considered a plus).
- A working level of English.
