What would be your major responsibilities?

 

  • B2C consumer product, offering mobile banking to consumers in 19 countries including an IBAN + debit MasterCard.
  • Product pricing including subscription plans, consumer fees, competitor pricing, product profitability & market analysis
  • Plan, create & implement promotion strategies to drive growth in business KPIs.
  • Focus on customer retention & engagement to ensure high lifetime value
  • Responsible for a product team with Tech & Design resources
  • Work with Insights & Analytics in Product discovery
  • Ownership of product delivery, roadmap & what gets built first
  • Content management & interaction with Product Marketing
  • Backlog prioritisation with Tech team
  • Evaluation of potential impact of new features and KPIs

 

Is this you?

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (FH/Uni), preferably in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing, Growth Management, or equivalent education
  • 4+ years’ professional experience in product management as well as in the financial services, e-payment, online, new media industry 
  • Analytical: You let data win arguments & you’re able to pull your own data
  • Innovative way of thinking with high implementation competence as well as a good technical understanding
  • Excellent creative, analytical & communicative skills
  • Experience with agile development methods (e.g., Scrum) is desirable
  • Very good MS Office knowledge required
  • Preferred international experience combined with card products (debit, credit)
  • Strong customer orientation, personal initiative, and high-quality awareness
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Target-driven & results-oriented
  • Thinking out of the box and ability to see underlying “big picture”
  • Ability to work well unsupervised & use own initiative
  • Full proficiency in English, additional language skills advantageous (i.e. Spanish, German)
