What would be your major responsibilities?

 

  • Engage with both internal & external stakeholders to transform the merchant interactions with Paysafe a low effort and a delightful experience
  • Work daily with Agile engineering scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups, refining and planning to deliver product features on a bi-weekly basis, while prioritizing capabilities and product backlog in accordance with the vision, strategy, and business values of the company  
  • Own completely your merchant products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth & maintenance
  • Develop & track KPI’s & goals 
  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making 
  • Understand the market & trends in collaboration with the marketing teams, perform gap analysis of our servicing capabilities to identify new business opportunities  
  • Be highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
     

Is this you?

 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering and/or management consulting, preferably B2B experience 
  • Experience developing product(s) from zero to first release and beyond 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Academic degree in relevant field of studies or equivalent education 
  • Relevant experience within online payment industry is an advantage
  • Exact & structured working style
  • Personal interest in Gaming / Gambling / Online Entertainment is appreciated
  • Flexibility & stress resistance
