What would be your major responsibilities?

 

  • Deliver products that our customers love on iOS, Android & Web 
  • Support the Personalization/Home Screen vision, strategy and roadmap to improve adoption, retention & customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our Insight and Analytics Teams on discovery and analysing opportunity & impact
  • Synchronize reuiqmrents with Legal/Data Privacy/Risk/Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Work cross functionally particularly with our Customer Service and to optimise and create the right tools, systems, and procedures to scale our support functions
  • Understand the market and trends, perform gap analysis of our servicing capabilities to identify new requirements for your portfolio
  • Working with our dedicated engineering team to deliver in an iterative, agile way Scrum with quality
  • Prepare business cases for the proposed features or products and defend them In front of the business leaders
  • Work closely with UX/reserach team on usability testing/interviews for all user interfaces & touchpoints to capture feedback that will help to form the roadmap
  • Write user stories & manage backlog to communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to our engineering team
  • Data-driven prioritization, constant monitoring of performance & impact of delivered features
  • Together with product marketing ensure optimal go-to-market for new features and products

 

Is this you?

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (FH/Uni), preferably in Business Administration, business information systems or equivalent education
  • 4+ years’ professional experience in product management as well as in the financial services, e-payment
  • Passion for mobile apps and proven track record of delivering mobile experiences 
  • Comfort in delivering products in an agile environment as the Product Manager  
  • Good understanding of the online payments’ world
  • Understanding of the product delivery lifecycle
  • Analytical mindset and basic knowledge of usage related KPIs to discover opportunities and measure success 
  • Technical background with experience working with APIs, mobile & web technologies will be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of User Experience Design & Digital Prototyping 
  • UX background is a plus
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Clear thinker & communicator, ability to lead co-located, cross functional & remote based teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong initiative and dedication to quality
  • Self-motivation and self-reliance
  • Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
  • Thinking out of the box and ability to see underlying “big picture”
  • Ability to convert a customer need or product feature to an engaging story
  • Full proficiency in English, additional language skills advantageous (i.e. Spanish, German)
