Paysafe is seeking a Manager, Global Creative Design—a senior people manager and creative leader responsible for driving the execution, quality, and consistency of design across global markets. This role plays a critical leadership position within the Global Creative organization, partnering closely with the Global Creative Director and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑impact, on‑brand creative at scale.

You will lead and develop a globally distributed design team, oversee creative workflows and standards, and ensure Paysafe’s brand is expressed consistently and effectively across regions, channels, and touchpoints.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of creative designers across regions, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and design excellence.
  • Own the creative development and execution of global brand, product, and marketing initiatives across digital, print, motion, and experiential channels.
  • Translate business, marketing, and product strategies into compelling creative concepts, systems, and design frameworks.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Brand, UX, and regional teams to align creative solutions with business goals.
  • Establish and uphold global creative standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across markets.
  • Oversee creative workflows, resourcing, and prioritization to balance speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and performance coaching to elevate craft and support team growth.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand, quality, accessibility, and strategic standards.
  • Present creative concepts and rationales to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Manage external creative agencies and partners as needed to support global initiatives.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and cultural insights to inform innovative creative solutions.

 

Requirements & Expectations

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Advanced certifications or continued education in design, branding, or creative leadership are a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative design, brand, or marketing design roles, with progressive responsibility in global or multi‑market environments.
  • 3+ years of people‑management experience, leading and developing creative teams across regions.
  • Proven experience delivering high‑impact creative at scale across brand, marketing, product, and campaign initiatives.
  • Strong background in global brand systems, design governance, and cross‑channel creative execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence at senior levels.
  • Experience managing external agencies, production partners, or freelancers.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong command of creative development across digital, print, motion, and experiential formats.
  • Proficiency with industry‑standard creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma; motion/video tools a plus).
  • Solid understanding of creative workflows, resourcing models, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on creative leadership.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, global, matrixed environments.
