What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Responsibility, ownership, and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, international business environment
  • Experience in a global or tech-driven company is a plus
