The UX/UI Team at Paysafe is on a mission to create impeccable industry-setting user experience in the fintech sector. We work inseparably from product, insights, risk and marketing to envision new features, create the information architecture, scalable user interface, exquisite tone of voice and test, test, test on all stages of the product development.

Developing and validating our hypotheses through user research and testing is key for our process at Paysafe. A UX researcher in our team will do that, and then some. Collaborating with the UX, Product, Insights, Customer Support and marketing teams, this key person in our ranks will get access to data and will formulate actionable next steps for the UX and Product community.


What to expect:

  • Regularly formulate and test hypotheses against user research and customer feedback by applying both qualitative as well as quantitative research methods

  • Build, drive, and manage research plans and experiments that support product teams’ objectives

  • Gather, summarize and present more complex findings across multiple types of research, ensuring conclusions are fair and backed by good quality of data

  • Regularly in contact with users, and actively advocate for them as part of the product development process

  • Support product teams with product discovery by organizing and moderating design thinking workshops and knowledge sharing sessions


To be successful you need to have: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on, post-academic research experience
  • In-depth understanding of qualitative research methods
  • Good understanding of quantitative research methods
  • Experience in product research
  • Strong storytelling abilities
  • Experience working with product management and UX teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team with multitude of stakeholders
