What to expect: 

  • Support current corporate IT infrastructure – desktop, laptop systems and mobile devices with MS Windows operating systems and MS Office 365 applications. 
  • Research and development in corporate IT infrastructure and integration of new applications. 
  • Support of new projects related to corporate IT infrastructure. 
  • Troubleshooting and fault rectification related to corporate IT infrastructure – desktop and laptop systems, operating systems, and applications. 
  • Produce documents related to corporate IT infrastructure and its projects. 
  • Software and hardware upgrade of corporate IT infrastructure desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and applications. 

 
To be successful you need to have: 

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft products (Windows 11; Apple macOS; MS Office 365 applications) 
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and MS O365 Cloud.
  • Experience with support and troubleshooting of LAN networks 
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS 
  • Fluent English and team-player skills
