Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competition to continuously evolve product direction.
  • Build and defend data-driven cases, and align stakeholders on strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and requirements to execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Define and prioritise requirements (PRDs) and ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Own customer journeys and funnel performance, identifying drop-offs and optimisation opportunities.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Own go-to-market readiness and partner with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and performance tracking.
  • Act as a key liaison across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Define and track KPIs and lead post-launch optimisation to improve product, commercial, and customer outcomes.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and web tools.
  • Experience with SQL and project management tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience or exposure to Agile environments.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in business analysis and/or project management.
  • Proven track record in defining business requirements, preferably in an Agile environment
