As a Senior Product Manager - Banking, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy and roadmap for our banking solutions, leveraging Paysafe’s capabilities to provide innovative and seamless payment experiences to global financial institutions. You will be responsible for developing and managing products that cater to the needs of banks, credit unions, and financial institutions, helping them optimize their payment infrastructures, enhance user experiences, and comply with regulatory requirements.

You will engage with stakeholders from banking partners, risk, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for banking integrations, ensuring alignment with Paysafe’s global payments strategy.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of banking products, including real-time payments, ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, and emerging financial infrastructures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, risk, and regulatory affairs, to ensure products adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., PSD2, AML/KYC, etc.).
- Manage relationships with banking partners, payment processors, and third-party financial institutions to ensure smooth integrations and service enhancements.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and regulatory shifts in the banking and financial services space.
- Champion customer-centric product development, ensuring banking capabilities enhance both merchant and consumer experiences.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., merchant adoption, transaction volumes, user engagement, regulatory compliance) to continuously optimize and enhance products.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure all banking-related products meet industry standards and security protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging user feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry insights to iterate on product offerings and meet evolving customer needs.
To be successful you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the banking, fintech, or payments industry, with a proven ability to deliver complex solutions for financial institutions.
- Deep knowledge of banking products such as real-time payments, digital wallets, cross-border payments, ACH, and card payments.
- Strong understanding of global financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS) and experience ensuring compliance within product offerings.
- Ability to define clear business cases and product roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and product performance monitoring to drive decision-making.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work with teams across engineering, compliance, risk, sales, and marketing to bring products to market.
- Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and key partners in the banking ecosystem.
