What to expect:
- Act as controlling owner of Paysafe Group’s Corporate entities
- Oversee the month-end process and quarter-end process and ensure all activities on the checklist are performed
- Prepare annual financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP
- Responsible for statutory submissions required for the Corporate entities
- Review of P&L variances and BS balances
- Review and sign off on financials for relevant entities every month-end
- Responsibility for the timely completion of various monthly, quarterly and annual incl. BS Analytical Reviews, Capex templates, Exceptional costs report, Quarterly Analytical Reviews, EBITDA segment review, BU P&L variances
- Act as a controlling owner for several key controls in a SOХ environment
- Ensure all intercompany recharges have been issued and transfer pricing model calculation reviewed
- Day-to-day involvement in PTP process, such as Purchase Orders approvals
- Participate in various projects for system improvements and automation.
- Act as business partner to other teams including Tax, Treasury, Group Finance and Legal
- Ensure group transactions are correctly accounted for in the Corporate entities
To be successful you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, statutory reporting, or audit (experience in a multinational environment is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with proven experience in preparing statutory financial statements
- Solid understanding of internal controls and experience working in a SOX-compliant environment
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to review P&L, balance sheet movements, and financial variances with attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills; exposure to automation or process improvement initiatives is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams
