As a Senior AI Experience Developer, you bring AI experiences to life - designing intuitive, human-centered conversations that truly support users and drive impact. You sit at the intersection of design, product, and AI, shaping how intelligent systems communicate, behave, and evolve.

This is a senior individual contributor role with strong ownership and influence across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GenAI leaders and stakeholders to shape and elevate AI experience standards
  • Turn complex business challenges into clear, scalable, and engaging conversational journeys
  • Design, prototype, and continuously refine AI interactions based on feedback and real-world use
  • Craft agent personality, tone of voice, and communication that feels natural and on-brand
  • Design multi-turn conversations, memory strategies, and grounded, reliable responses
  • Apply and evolve best practices in prompt and context design to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Drive consistency and trust in AI behavior across products and channels
  • Anticipate risks and embed smart guardrails for responsible AI interactions
  • Actively monitor performance, uncover insights, and lead continuous improvements
  • Share knowledge and guide others, helping raise the bar across AI experience design

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in conversational UX/UI or Human-Computer Interaction
  • 3+ years designing conversational AI solutions (e.g., Dialogflow, Watson)
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., RAG, Agentic AI systems)
  • Experience with platforms like Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI
  • Solid expertise in prompt design, conversational patterns and context construction
  • Experience working with live systems and driving ongoing improvements
  • Ability to prototype using Python, JavaScript, or similar
  • Experience defining and applying best practices and reusable standards across teams
