We are looking to recruit a Salesforce System Administrator to our team in Sofia.

 


Do You think about the product you work with as your own?
Do You happen to have Salesforce administration experience?
If yes, then we have a challenge for you. Our team is looking for the right people to entrust them with the Paysafe CRM instances on the SFDC platform

 

What you will do:

 

  • Provide “business-as-usual” user support to quickly fix production issues
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Do some of these things:
    • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
    • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets ∙ Manage mass data updates and imports (Data Loader, Workbench and other data loading tools)
    • Create flows and assignment rules
    • Execute deployments
    • Independently design, plan and implement solutions for stakeholders 
    • Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application build


To be successful you need to be:

  • Responsible - will you consider our Salesforce instance your Team’s thing, not just a corporate tool?
  • Knowledgeable of standard SFDC configurations and SFDC admin tools 
  • Experienced in delivering solutions using Salesforce’s wide range of configuration options



It will be even greater if you have:

  • Supported 500 plus Salesforce users in a global environment.
  • Understanding of how Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams work 
  • Worked in the financial services, fintech or payments industry
  • Salesforce certifications
