Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team. This junior-level role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely identification of onboarded clients across multiple systems, directly supporting or understanding of sales performance, and the data required for commission payments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data, be comfortable working with Salesforce and other data tools, and possess strong communication skills to engage with sales teams, finance, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Salesforce data and utilize data tools to identify and match onboarded clients in a separate system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Validate matched client records to confirm correctness, as these records drive multiple processes internally.
- Work closely with the finance team by providing accurate and timely data needed to calculate commission payments.
- Provide data updates and insights to support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for sales and finance teams.
- Collaborate regularly with sales representatives and attend internal meetings to stay informed on recently onboarded clients and those expected to go live.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update systems accordingly.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with sellers, demonstrating resilience and professionalism when managing pushy or demanding stakeholders.
- Highlight clients who are not transacting at the expected level or who have stopped transacting during their early ramp period, helping to identify potential issues early.
- Support continuous improvement of data matching, validation processes, and reporting.
- Provide timely reports and insights to the sales enablement, finance, and operations teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Salesforce and experience working with CRM or data systems.
- Comfortable using data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools) to manipulate and analyze data.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and confident when engaging with sales teams and finance.
- Resilience and ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Desirable
- 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales support or data analysis preferred
- Familiarity with commission structures and sales enablement processes.
- Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization.
