What to expect:

• Assist Risk Policy Governance with project coordination and functional support
• Provide administrative support to risk committees, including creating and distributing minutes and action items
• Assist Risk Policy Governance team and the global risk teams with administrative support, including reporting and documenting processes and workflows
• Support the Merchant Risk division with internal and external audits, where policy & process documents are required
• Assist with research and other functions related to policy development
• Support the KPI reporting tools for governance

To be successful you need to have:

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft software suite including Excel, Word, and Visio for creating advanced documentation and designing process flows
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations for senior risk member’s review
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English
