What to expect:
- Perform quality assurance audits on tasks performed within the Operational Support Department
- Perform SOX audits within the required timeframe and of the required frequency
- Document quality assurance and audit activities and supply weekly reporting of quality levels
- Identify root cause, recommend training needs, and take action to ensure department-wide compliance
- Resolve data discrepancies using standard procedures
- Maintain and monitor Quality Assurance logs to identify and report recurring issues to management
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team members on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
To be successful you need to have:
- Industry experience required
- 1-3 years Previous Quality Assurance experience
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Outlook, Zendesk, Salesforce, OS Windows- preferred
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Detail orientated and highly organized
- Good communication skills; both oral and written
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
