Purchase Order Coordinator

What to expect:

• Be responsible for the accurate entry, maintenance and submission of purchase requisitions and orders with minimal or no supervision
• Track and control approval process for purchase orders in order to minimize delays
• Maintain open purchase order report and provide follow-up of all delayed purchase orders
• Detect, research, and resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders and invoices
• Support AP Accountants in resolving differences between ordered/received/invoiced
• Verify receipt of goods and services
• Support AP Accountants and prepare daily and monthly purchase reports
• Meet purchase order productivity and accuracy targets
• Identify opportunities to improve the purchase order process

To be successful you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, supply chain management or other related fields
• Fluency in English
• Close attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Relevant experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems is considered an advantage
