Purchase Order Coordinator

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for the accurate entry, maintenance and submission of purchase requisitions and orders
• Create and update supplier database in accordance with Group policy
• Track and control approval process in order to minimize delays
• Verifies receipt of goods and services
• Maintain open purchase order report and provide follow-up of all delayed purchase orders
• Meets purchase order productivity and accuracy targets
• Detect, research, and resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders and invoices
• Identifies opportunities to improve the purchase order process
• Support AP Accountants in resolving differences between ordered/received/invoiced

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, economics, supply chain management or other related fields
• Fluent English
• Close attention to detail is essential
• Good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Related Experience will be an advantage
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP Systems will be advantage
