This new role is being created within the Product organization to coordinate our Consumer Duty programme of work and ensure the whole organization is focused on delivering positive customer outcomes. The role will report to the VP Product Risk & Scheme Compliance and will be responsible for working across Product, Operations, Pricing, Marketing and other functions to enable them to satisfy the regulatory requirements on Consumer Duty fully.
What will you do:
- Create and maintain Group-level perspective on Consumer Duty compliance including all relevant initiatives, MI, and regulatory interactions
- Design and refine MI to ensure we can effectively demonstrate our processes and outcomes for customers
- Work across all relevant functions to ensure a consumer-focused mentality is embedded within all of their processes
- Provide reports/materials to the UK CEO and VP of Product Compliance & Partnerships to support regulatory presentations and other engagements
- Run regular Consumer Duty Steering Committees to track and report on progress against plans and embeddedness of processes
To be successful you need to have:
- 4+ experience as a Project Manager/ Programme in high-complexity environments across a high volume of different projects and priorities
- Experience in financial services. Experience in Fintech will be an advantage
- Experience working on Consumer Duty programmes or on other UK regulatory projects will be an advantage
- Experience working in control-oriented implementation or remediation programmes will be an advantage
- Proven ability to operate in high-complexity environments across a high volume of different projects and priorities
- Top-notch stakeholder management and communication skills
- Flexibility on work schedule to work with stakeholders in different locations and time zones
