We are now looking for a person to join the exciting role of Program Manager within the PaysafeCard & PaysafeCash Consumer Portfolio. In this role, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with our broader business goals. You’ll define program scope, set clear objectives, and deliver impactful results that drive growth and innovation.
What will you do
- Accountable for leading end-to-end complex and large-sized projects/programs;
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple streams of work in parallel, supporting coordination of multiple projects.
- Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring there is a common understanding on the program/project goals, incl. what is in and out of scope;
- Develop E2E plan and drive execution to achieve OKRs/desired outcomes;
- Track, monitor and report progress through agreed metrics;
- Proactively manage change and risk in a program environment with high level of fluidity and agility;
- Champion an environment that supports an effective teamwork;
- Identify and remove barriers to positive performance and resolves conflicts;
- Builds commitment in others and holds team members accountable for assigned tasks and achieving results;
- Ensure necessary sign-off from business stakeholders before go-live;
To be successful you need to have:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project/program management, primarily within Financial Services and working in agile environment.
- A strong work ethic and proven experience of driving successful time critical projects.
- Willingness to be hands on working directly with stakeholders and eliciting requirements.
- Experience of working in a Matrix organization working without direct control of resources and with global geographical spread.
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project & program planning, people, and team building skills.
- Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints.
