We are now looking for a person to join the exciting role of Program Manager within the PaysafeCard & PaysafeCash Consumer Portfolio.

In this individual contributor role, you will help coordinate and drive the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. You’ll work closely with product, tech, operations, and other stakeholders to manage plans, risks, and delivery timelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow into a senior program management career path.

 

What will you do:

 

• Drive execution of medium-to-large scale programs and projects

• Ability to handle multiple streams of work in parallel

• Create and maintain clear project plans, milestones, and progress updates

• Identify and involve relevant stakeholders, clarifying scope and managing expectations

• Help teams stay on track by tracking outcomes, managing risks, and raising blockers

• Contribute to a collaborative and transparent working culture

• Maintain structure and accountability in a program environment with high level of fluidity and agility

 

To be successful you need to have:

 

• 3–5 years’ experience in project or program management, ideally in financial services or tech

• Comfortable working in agile environments and across matrixed organizations

• Excellent organizational and communication skills — both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams

• Ability to influence without authority and drive clarity through collaboration

• Hands-on and proactive; not afraid to jump in to solve problems or fill gaps

• Experience working with geographically distributed teams is a plus
