The Product Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing processes that drive efficiency and alignment across product management and cross-functional teams. This individual will play a critical role in the Global Product Management team and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure organizational readiness for product launches and ongoing management.

  

What to Expect: 

  • Develop and document new processes that support efficient product development and delivery across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and pain points, and design processes that address these challenges.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency by encouraging teams to suggest and participate in process improvement activities.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for process-related issues, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution between departments.
  • Create comprehensive process documentation and maintain a knowledge base that ensures teams have easy access to updated procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide training and onboarding for team members on new or revised processes, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to follow established workflows.
  • Identify potential risks in the product development and operational processes, and proactively design mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that processes comply with regulatory standards and product quality benchmarks to avoid legal and financial repercussions.

  

To be successful you need to have: 

  • University degree – Bachelor/Masters
  • 3+ years of experience in process analysis, product management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks and methodologies a plus
  • Experience in new product development (NPD) or new product introduction (NPI) a plus
  • Working experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) and compelling presentation skills 
  • Experience in the payments industry would be a plus.
