Product Owner, myPaysafe

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our paysafecard Product Team, which is in charge of planning and delivering new features and services for myPaysafe – our account solution that provides the basis for all our value-added consumer services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sign-up funnel – from Acquisition to Activation – and for an excellent KYC experience. Therefore, we are looking for a data-driven person with experience in working with product development teams who can empathize with our consumers.

What you will do:

• Translate the customer and business outcomes into actionable user stories, prioritise the user stories, and create the product backlog to facilitate development by the engineering teams.
• Plan and deliver value add features into the paysafecard product portfolio as set by Product Strategy.
• Work with Agile engineering scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups, manage the backlog, refine and plan to deliver product features on a bi-weekly basis.  
• Data-driven decision making and planning: define KPIs for measuring success and validate all assumptions post execution by using A/B testing and product analytics.
• Provide feedback on the delivery status and development roadmap to the Product Management leadership.
• Be highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization

To be successful you need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, engineering and/or management consulting
• Experience developing products from zero to first release and beyond 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant experience within online payment industry is an advantage
• Exact & structured working style
• Personal interest in Gaming / Gambling / Online Entertainment is appreciated
• Analytical and conceptional thinking 
• Proactive, collaborative and independent working style
• Strong customer focus
• Engaged team player
• Full proficiency in English
