Paysafe is looking for a passionate product person to join the team as a Product Manager, Consumer Engagement. On this role you would be guiding the vision and delivering on our Customer Experience proposition as part of our Digital Wallets. On a daily basis you would be collaborating with a variety of teams and stakeholders (customers, design, engineering, analytics, marketing etc.) to deliver on customer needs and the company goals.
What to expect:
- Be the product leader that supports the customer experience vision and strategy to improve speed, customer satisfaction and NPS.
- Define & prioritize product backlog for how we deliver on that strategy, working closely with agile development teams in the role of a Product Owner. Write User Stories and manage backlog to effectively communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to our engineering teams in an iterative & agile environment.
- Deliver products that our customers love on iOS, Android and Web.
- Conduct usability testing for all user interfaces & touchpoints to capture feedback that will help to shape the roadmap.
- Work closely with our UX, Research and Analytics Teams to define and achieve your goals.
- Incorporate data in all your decisions, define and monitor KPIs before/after release, identify gaps based on them and communicate them to your stakeholders.
- Cooperate with our Customer Service to optimize and create the right tools, systems and procedures to scale our support functions.
- Ensure the products you are delivering are compliant with applicable regulations and the operational needs of our operations stakeholder.
- Understand the market and trends, perform gap analysis of our servicing capabilities to identify new requirements for your portfolio
To be successful you need to have:
- Passion for mobile apps and proven track record of delivering mobile experiences
- Comfort and experience in delivering products in an agile environment as the Product Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience, having contributed to multiple consumer-facing software projects throughout the entire development cycle
- Good understanding of the online payments world especially in consumer-facing products
- Understanding and experience in shipping customer-facing services
- Analytical mindset and knowledge of usage-related KPIs to discover opportunities and measure success
- Technical background with experience working with APIs, mobile & web technologies
- Clear thinker & communicator, ability to lead co-located and remote cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working Knowledge of User Experience Design & Digital Prototyping
- Experience in customer engagement, gamification and loyalty is a plus
