We work inseparably with Product, Insights, Risk, and Marketing to create simple, consistent, and high-quality user experiences across our digital wallets. Our current focus is on building scalable design foundations and evolving our cross-platform interface patterns.
We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Product Designer to join our Consumer Design team. This role plays a crucial part in shaping seamless, accessible, and user-centered experiences across multiple global digital products.
In addition to core product design work, you’ll actively support and contribute to our Global Design System, ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and scalability across teams and platforms.
What to expect:

Collaborate with designers and front-end engineers to evolve and scale our Global Design System

Create and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and documentation

Support product teams in implementing consistent, system-aligned experiences

Participate in audits and improvements of existing design libraries and tokens

Contribute to the definition of design principles, usage guidelines, and governance

Facilitate or support ideation sessions, design critiques, and handoff processes

Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, UX Writers, and Developers from discovery to delivery

Use data and insights — from user research, heatmaps, and analytics — to guide design decisions
To be successful, you need to:

Have 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer

Show a strong portfolio that highlights your product design thinking and process

Be proficient in Figma and prototyping tools

Be familiar with design systems and component-based design approaches
-
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
