We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and system-minded Product Designer to join the Design Ops team at Paysafe. You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our unified design system, which powers consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences across our global suite of products.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams across the organization to ensure that our design system remains a trusted foundation for efficient, high-quality product design and development. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex design challenges, creating scalable patterns, and building the bridges that connect design and engineering.

 

What to Expect:

  • Design, document, and maintain components, patterns, and visual foundations within the Paysafe Global Design System
  • Collaborate with product designers to evolve and expand the system based on product needs and user insights
  • Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and consistency across platforms (mobile and web)
  • Create clear guidelines, usage documentation, and best practices to help teams adopt the design system effectively
  • Contribute to accessibility and inclusivity standards across all system components
  • Advocate for design system thinking and help scale a cohesive design culture across teams
  • Participate in usability reviews, validation sessions, and design critiques to ensure the system remains relevant and intuitive
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the system’s governance model

 

To be Successful, You Need To:

  • Have 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer (experience with design systems is a strong plus)
  • Show a portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and contribution to scalable design or system-level work
  • Be proficient in Figma, including component libraries, styles, variants, and documentation features
  • Understand design tokens, responsive layouts, and accessibility principles
  • Have experience collaborating with cross-functional squads of Product Managers, Developers, and UX professionals
  • Communicate clearly, documenting decisions and promoting consistency across teams
  • Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
