Pricing Implementation Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pricing Implementation Analyst. In this role, you will assist with your team to execute BAU tasks, participate in special projects and support key stakeholders within our payment processing operations. You will work alongside colleagues in Pricing, Product, Financial Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology, helping to ensure that pricing details are correctly entered, checked, and kept up to date across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Implementation:

• Assist line manager with  the implementation of pricing into CRMS and Billing systems, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements and product offerings.
• Translate complex pricing structures (e.g., interchange pass-throughs, tiered transaction fees, volume discounts) into system logic and operational workflows.
• Partner with Operations, Product and Technology teams to validate pricing configurations and support system testing.

Financial Analysis:

• Support financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margins, and customer profitability.
• Analyze transaction-level data to ensure pricing accuracy and identify discrepancies or revenue leakage including Card brand fees.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes with pricing-related inputs.

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor pricing implemented and passed through  across customer segments and geographies, identifying areas for improvement or adjustment.
• Collaborate with Billing and Revenue Assurance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and fee application.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure pricing implementation aligns with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
• Provide pricing insights and support during product launches, migrations, and system upgrades.

Reporting & Insights:

• Create dashboards and reports to track pricing effectiveness and financial KPIs
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support management team on any ad hoc tasks, when required
