What to expect:

 

•    Ensuring cross-functional collaboration between internal departments involved for a new product launch

•    Evaluating existing Operational processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement

•    Tracking initiative launch progress using agile methodologies

•    Participating in Operational backlog review and commitment ceremonies to align and plan out key priorities

•    Following standard GTM process and procedure

•    Enhancing the Paysafe customer experience by understanding their requirements

•    SME for new Paysafe Products, Features and Enhancements

•    Co-ordinating Operational team training

•    Identifying, reporting and providing feedback about any product defects that are not suitable for GTM launch

 

To be successful you need to have:

 

•    The ability to understand technical information and apply it to business solutions

•    Professional communication skills on technical and business-related subjects

•    Experience using REST APIs

•    The ability to quickly and efficiently understand new products

•    Experience working within a team environment

•    A strong ability to excel in collaborative and cross-functional environments

 

Considered an advantage:

 

•    Proficiency in agile methodology and tooling

•    Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics (MBA is an asset)

•    Previous experience in a FinTech or financial services company an asset

•    Experience working with payment gateways is a major plus

•    Basic experienced with using HTML and CSS

•    Experience or exposure with using Atlassian products. JIRA, Trello, and Confluence

•    Proficiency in Windows and IOS Operating Platforms

•    Experience working within a customer facing role assisting with customer technical support
