The Onboarding Change Manager is an experienced, driven, and results-oriented professional dedicated to spearheading the smooth and efficient execution of initiatives throughout the merchant onboarding journey. Their primary responsibility is to ensure successful execution and alignment across various departments, driving excellence and efficiency in the onboarding process. Additionally, they support the business by providing regular reports to senior management, offering valuable insights and visibility into business growth.
What to expect:
- Lead and manage change initiatives within the Merchant Onboarding team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Build strong relationships across stakeholder departments to drive collaboration and gain buy-in for onboarding initiatives.
- Take the lead in multi-departmental initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Product and Operations
- Ability to break down complex projects into smaller tasks and prioritize them based on deadlines, dependencies, and business impact.
- Effectively communicate the onboarding mission to ensure successful adoption and implementation across the organization.
- Identify and lead process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Anticipate potential risks in the processes and develop proactive mitigation strategies
- Support senior management reporting, providing insights and data to inform decision-making
- Conduct marker research to identify the best practices and innovative approaches for onboarding within the fintech sector
To be successful you need to have:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing projects, preferably experience in fintech
- Strong influencing skills to drive change even without formal authority
- Being open-minded encourages the acceptance of diverse perspectives and ideas, demonstrate creative thinking in resolving complex situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with different cultures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
