What to expect:

  • Email & Phone support
  • Information support to existing merchants
  • Merchant account reporting, instruction and operation support
  • Provide support to Account Management & Sales teams
  • Working with Compliance team, Payments team, Legal and IT
  • Work in two shifts between 9 AM - 9 PM. Each shift is 9 hours

  • Ability to form professional yet personable relationships with merchant contacts
  • Professionally deal with confidential information
