We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to drive analytics and data initiatives for our Consumer Data Warehouse. In this role, you will partner with both business and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights, enabling smarter decisions and improved customer outcomes.You will play a key role in shaping our analytics roadmap, improving data quality, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.
What You’ll Do
Analytics & Insights
- Translate business needs into clear analytics and data requirements
- Analyze consumer, marketing, financial, and risk data to generate actionable insights
- Define KPIs, metrics, and analytical use cases aligned with business goals
Data & Platform Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with data engineering teams on Oracle and Snowflake platforms
- Support and validate ETL/ELT workflows, including Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and modern data pipelines
- Ensure proper data modeling, transformation logic, and data lineage understanding
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Risk, Finance, Product, and BI teams
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Planning & Delivery
- Contribute to and manage the analytics roadmap
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
- Manage user stories and requirements in Jira
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across Oracle and Snowflake environments
- Define and monitor data quality rules, validation checks, and reconciliation processes
- Support governance standards and consistent metric definitions
Enablement & Adoption
- Support business users with dashboards and insights
- Promote adoption of analytics solutions across the organization
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with modern analytics tools and trends
- Continuously improving processes and delivery practices
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or related roles
- 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity, driving analytics initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience working in data warehousing and analytics environments
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within data/analytics environments
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, SSIS, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts (data modeling, transformations, governance)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with reporting/analytics tools (dashboards, KPI tracking, ad hoc analysis)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)
