We’re looking for a mid-level ServiceNow Developer who loves turning ideas into experiences people actually use. Here, you’ll craft solutions that become part of everyday workflows, watch them evolve, and keep improving based on real feedback. What you will do: 

• Keep our ServiceNow platform secure, stable, and optimized
• Configure and customize modules to meet real business needs
• Build workflows, scripts, and integrations that make work easier
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and implement smart improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn ideas into scalable solutions
• Stay curious—explore new features and share your expertise

To be successful you need to have:

• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer or strong JavaScript skills (we’re open to training passionate developers!)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and scripting languages
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• ServiceNow certifications and ITSM knowledge are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ITSM/ITOM modules, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Agile methodologies, and ITIL principles
