Are you a recent graduate with a passion for fintech, banking, or payments? Paysafe is looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Group Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, global environment where you’ll learn from experienced risk professionals and gain exposure to a wide variety of risk disciplines.
As part of our growing and dynamic ERM team, you will support risk identification, assessment, and reporting activities across the Paysafe Group. You’ll play a meaningful role in helping the business manage risk while building foundational knowledge and professional skills that will serve you throughout your career.
What you’ll do:
As a Junior Enterprise Risk Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting senior team members in delivering the ERM agenda and initiatives
• Assisting with risk assessments on products, outsourcing arrangements, and commercial activities and root cause and business impact analysis for operational incidents
• Supporting the maintenance of the Group’s risk registers and risk governance platforms
• Gaining hands-on experience in enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and governance practices
• Submission of reports to Regulators (for example the Financial Conduct Authority, the Central Bank of Ireland, ACPR, the Financial Investigation Unit of Argentina, etc.);
Your profile:
• Recent graduate (or a final-year student) with a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Risk, IT, or a related field
• Eager to learn and develop in the fintech and payments industry
• Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Curious, collaborative, and solutions-focused
