What to Expect:

 

  • Business Function focus: supports the Group Finance team  
  • Support the monthly and quarterly reporting process, cost, and business performance reviews, feeding into the Group reporting process. 
  • Engagement with the Group Finance, Finance Shared Service Centre and Legal Entity Controllership groups to interrogate underlying performance. 
  • Preparation of monthly reporting process and reconciliation (e.g. headcount, T&E, Transactions). Maintain finance data quality & consistency to support correct and insightful month-end reporting. 
  • Analyze and report P&L & CAPEX Actuals: undertake monthly reviews against Budget and Forecasts with the Group Finance & Senior leadership 
  • Identify key trends as well as risks and opportunities 
  • Support the group forecast process:  
  • Quarterly forecasts / budget / long term plans/ ad-hoc headcount and financial analysis and reporting 
  • Support continuous improvement/Automation of reporting, controls, insights, and processes 
  • Ad hoc support to the Group Finance wider team as required 
  • Application of relevant accounting standards and controls to ensure continual application and alignment with Group accounting policy 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance
  • Analytical thinking, can-do attitude, ability to prioritize and drive tasks independently
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to build strong relationships, working cross-function with internal and external stakeholders including senior management
  • Ability to understand end-to-end processes, identify improvement & simplification opportunities and design and implement standardized solutions
  • Excellent advanced Excel skills, MS Office
  • Experience with HFM, PBCS,  Power BI will be considered an advantage
