Join our dynamic global finance team at Paysafe, a NYSE-listed fintech. This role supports monthly and quarterly group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a SOX-controlled environment. We’re looking for someone with finance experience, knowledge of consolidation accounting (e.g., acquisitions, disposals, FX, intercompany eliminations), and strong Excel skills. A proactive attitude, good communication, and eagerness to learn are key.
What to expect:
- Assist with the group consolidation package for monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Assist with the preparation of disclosure support for quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support the group reporting team in performing multi-currency consolidation and monthly reconciliation of balance sheet financial statement line items
- Assist with the timely and accurate posting of elimination and necessary consolidation adjustments
- Liaison with operating companies to ensure a timely and accurate close, and appropriate understanding and analysis of reporting entity submissions
- Perform analytical reviews on various financial statement line items
- Support the wider team in ensuring that the Company’s processes and controls are all in line with SOX requirements and are best in class
- Support the wider team’s delivery requirements including ad hoc project and transformation work and initiatives as required
To be successful you need to have:
- Experience working in a finance function
- Advanced Excel skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Have a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset – be able to drive and implement process improvements
- Robust knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards and application thereof
- Strong time management skills: able to manage fluctuating workloads, prioritize appropriately and work to strict internal deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow
