We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Information Security Risk and Compliance Manager to join the IT & Information Security Risk and Compliance team.

 

The ideal candidate will help support Paysafe security assessments and audit programs (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISAE3402, Internal Audit projects, SOX, etc.), follow-up through remediation of audit issues, risk assessments, perform compliance assurance reviews, establish standard operating processes to support ongoing compliance including reporting to senior management.

 

The potential candidate needs to be able to work in an international team set up (EU, North America, India, Latin America) and ideally having experience of managing PCI/SOC 2/ISAE assessments, and similar such assessments. The candidate should be a fast learner with the ability to refine their skills and contribute towards enabling the Information Technology and Security teams deliver compliance continuity and help manage technology and security risks within the organization.

 

What to expect:

  • Support the Paysafe external third-party and internal security audits and security compliance reviews (including but not limited to: PCI DSS 4.0, SOC Type 2, ISAE3402, Internal Audit projects, SOX, etc.).
  • Help to maintain Paysafe’s security framework (including Paysafe IT Control Framework) and ensure it is consistent with the business mandate, applicable legislation and certifications.
  • Support company-wide IT & Security Assessments for various Paysafe products and services.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining Paysafe Security Risk and Compliance programs.
  • Support Paysafe’s business units in their ability to adopt innovative solutions and technology towards delivering a data secure environment both internally and externally.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide consulting as SME on security compliance requirements and practices.
  • Produce management reports, prepare and support with presentations for Committee and Board meetings.
  • Prepare and support reporting to the internal Infosec organization, including weekly meeting minutes, ad-hoc meetings and workshop minutes.
  • Support and track KPI/KRI reporting for the risk and compliance function.

 

To be successful you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security, Computer Science or relevant area.
  • Ideally 4-6 years of experience within Information Technology, Security and/or Internal Audit with focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Experience in PCI DSS, SOC Type 2, ISAE3402 is essential.
  • Relevant certifications in the areas such as CISA, CISM, CISSP are preferred.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
