What to expect: 

 

  • Provide administrative support to team members on policy and governance functions
  • Assist with account reviews as it relates to merchant risk audit functions
  • Ability to research risks and regulations in various industries and regions where our merchants operate
  • Ad hoc reporting and project support
  • Assist with developing and maintaining training materials and guidance documentation for Risk leadership.
  • Support development of governance tools and methodologies
  • Assist the Risk team with process analysis and optimization exercises
  • Participate in projects to both support and innovate Risk Ops knowledge Hub

 

 

To be successful you need to have:

 

  • Knowledge of or interest in payment processing risk management
  • Knowledge of governance concepts and business process analysis tools preferred
  • Close attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and SharePoint, is required.
  • Analytical with independent problem-solving skills
  • Coachable with willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English
