The Global Rewards Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the company’s global rewards strategy by driving compensation management and workforce financial analytics. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive, equitable, and scalable reward practices. They will leverage data to inform decision-making and deliver actionable insights to enhance workforce planning and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
- Implement, evaluate, and administer global compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, and benchmarking against industry trends.
- Ensure pay practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company philosophy and business goals.
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit cycles, promotions, and bonus payouts.
- Support equity programs, ensuring seamless integration with overall compensation strategy.
Workforce Financial Analytics:
- Develop and maintain workforce financial models, providing insights on headcount, salary costs, and budget forecasting.
- Analyze compensation trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions to optimize workforce spend.
- Provide decision support to HR and business leaders with actionable analytics on hiring plans, turnover, and rewards effectiveness.
- Create and deliver regular reporting dashboards to track key workforce and compensation metrics.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to align rewards strategies with company objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on global compensation analytics for various geographies and business units.
- Support HR Business Partners in conducting training and communication initiatives related to compensation and analytics.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements across all operating geographies.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and manage internal or external compensation audits.
To be successful you need to have:
- Education or Certifications: Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years in analytical modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Power BI, R programing or equivalent tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
