Financial Operations Analyst

What to Expect:

• Prepare reconciliation and aging reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of payment transactions across banks, card schemes, and internal systems
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between settlement reports, ERP systems, and transaction data
• Analyze ACH rejects, front-end rejects, and scheme rejects, and identify process improvement opportunities
• Perform daily clearing functions for collections and support accounts receivable activities
• Execute manual uploads (ACH rejects, billing, chargebacks, collection files) and post manual adjustments in ERP
• Support revenue assurance processes and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and provide clarifications
• Participate in process improvements, automation initiatives, and testing of new solutions
• Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

To be successful you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• 1+ year’ experience in financial operations, AR, or similar role
• Understanding of reconciliations and payment flows
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
