What to Expect:

• Be part of a dynamic finance back-office function, supporting core accounting, payments, and master data processes across multiple stakeholders
• Own and maintain accurate master data in SAP, including merchants, partners, and banking details, ensuring completeness, compliance, and data integrity
• Support fee administration by maintaining and updating merchant, integrator, and partner fee structures in line with contractual agreements
• Execute and monitor daily payment operations, including payment runs, bank file processing, and reconciliation activities
• Act as a key point of contact for customer and internal finance-related queries, including invoices, payments, and historical transaction data
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support smooth operational processes
• Perform data validation and control checks (e.g. IBAN, VAT, bank details), ensuring adherence to internal standards and policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of back-office processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation

Your Profile:

• Relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or back-office roles within an international or banking environment
• Good understanding of payment processes and financial data flows
• Experience working with SAP; Salesforce knowledge would be considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills
• Fluent English (additional languages such as German would be an advantage)
