Essential Duties:

• Post journal entries
• Responsible for month-end closing of assigned companies
• Capitalisation of fixed assets
• Month-end close of fixed assets sub-ledger
• Issue Intercomapny re-charge and TP invoices
• Identify inefficient processes and suggest ways to improve accounting procedures and processes
• Prepare various GL records as requested by controllers
• Assist his/her line manager in the overall work of the team and analyzes the accounts for which is responsible
• Actively work with internal and external auditors and the SOX team
• Generate reports on regular basis and investigate issues related to accounting discrepancies
• Support onboarding and training of new team members

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 2-3 years’ experience in an audit or accounting
• Excellent advanced Excel skills, MS office
• Fluent English
• Hands-on, proactive, take initiative in problems solving and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Close attention to detail and ability to work independently
• An excellent team player with the ability to build strong relationships, working across functions and with teams around the globe
• Ability to understand end to end processes, identify improvement & simplification opportunities and design and implement standardized solution
