The Finance Business Partner (FBP) will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager of Finance Business Partnering for Paysafe’s Growth Functions. While the FBP will work under the guidance of the Manager, they will also take ownership of more complex financial analysis, planning, and business partnering activities. This role combines operational support with proactive financial insight, contributing to key decision-making processes, business performance reviews, and Group-wide initiatives.

In addition to supporting the Manager, the FBP will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Group Finance and the wider Growth teams to help drive financial performance, optimize resources, and deliver strategic initiatives.

 

What to expect:

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Serve as a finance lead for a designated area of the Growth business, collaborating directly with functional leaders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product).
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Manager of Finance Business Partnering, helping prepare for senior stakeholder meetings, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager to deliver financial insights to business leaders across Growth functions
  • Assist in translating complex business plans into clear financial implications, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support alignment between financial objectives and operational strategy.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support the Group SG&A Budget & Forecast process
  • Drive alignment between business inputs and financial assumptions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Identify key drivers of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver timely and insightful analysis of P&L performance (SG&A)
  • Providing commentary and root-cause analysis.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively and work with stakeholders to address performance gaps.

Month-End Reporting & Group Collaboration

  • Partner with FBP Manager, Group FP&A, Finance Shared Services, and Legal Entity Controllership to ensure accurate and consistent month-end reporting.
  • Review and challenge actual results, ensuring proper accounting treatment and data integrity.
  • Consolidate and present monthly reporting packs to senior management, highlighting key trends and variances.

Process Improvement & Finance Transformation

  • Drive or support initiatives to automate, streamline, and enhance reporting and finance processes.
  • Contribute to transformation projects that improve finance’s strategic impact and data-driven decision-making.

 

To be successful you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance department.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with enterprise finance systems (e.g., OneStream, Power BI) is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence non-finance stakeholders and present to leadership.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles, controls, and financial governance.
