To help us fuel our accelerated growth, we are looking to bring on a new Business Associate as a part of our Early Career Rotational Program. The program will involve up to two 6-month rotations across different areas of the business. The first rotation will be selected by Paysafe after careful consideration and the following rotation will be yours to decide. After completion of all rotations, the intention is that you will join us in an area most suited to your skillset and that aligns with your future career goals.

Essential Duties:

  • Тwo 6-month placements as part of the 12-month Graduate Program, allowing you to experience, learn and explore different areas of the business. 
  • Participation in challenging, real world business projects.
  • Hands-on experience and training in your role, department, and in the Payments industry.
  • Experience with internal data systems and programs.
  • An outstanding culture that enables you to gain your desired experience and knowledge training by professionals in your assigned business team.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline must be obtained prior to the program start date.
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis, experience in data analytics preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, while paying attention to detail.
