Distribution Operations Specialist

The Distribution Operations Specialist combines traditional operations expertise with focus on advanced analytical and AI‑driven problem‑solving. This role supports BAU distribution operations activities across Paysafe’ s b2b portfolio, while also identifying, designing, and taking part in implementing automation and AI‑enabled improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and merchant experience. This role requires strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills, thinking out of the box and willingness to learn continuously.

What to expect:

• Handle enquiries from international distribution partners regarding all aspects of the logistics process
• Billing-, cancellation- and reconciliation management in SAP R/3 and SAP BW
• Order processing using SAP, as well as other tailor-made systems
• Check and assign payments / remark distributors
• Maintain Paysafe Store locator
• Update the Management team on issues of concern that may cause a significant financial or service impact on the department and/or company
• Analyze distribution operations workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Use data to generate insights on performance, turnaround times, and quality metrics
• Take part in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track improvements and measure automation impact
• Collaborate with Product and Automation teams to design and validate AI/automation solutions
• Take part in user acceptance testing - test new tools, provide feedback, and ensure solutions meet operational needs
• Create clear documentation for new AI/automation workflows and train colleagues on their use

To be successful you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is considered an advantage
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and technical skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamically changing work environment
• Proactive, self-motivated team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in fintech and understanding of the payment industry is an advantage
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Experience implementing AI and automation tools would be considered a plus
