Director, Product – 3rd Party Products is responsible for leading and overseeing Paysafe’s Risk and Compliance framework for 3rd Party Products. This role focuses on maintaining, growing, and transforming our ability for success, as well as driving consolidation of platforms, process optimization & enhancing operational efficiency. This is pivotal to achieving our strategic vision / goals whilst also driving support to the revenue and growth business and making sure we deliver a customer’s frictionless experience.

 

What to Expect:

 

  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for 3rd Party Products within Defend strategy aligned to Paysafe's Risk and Compliance-aligned vision.
  • Streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Leveraging data analytics and business intelligence to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and drive data-driven strategies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk and compliance-focused product strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of existing processes for improvement.
  • Design and implement global automated, technology-driven processes for operational efficiency by being a champion of change & innovation in the transformation process.
  • Collaborate across departments to align product efforts with OKRs, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Defining clear frameworks for product planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. 
  • Staying updated on industry regulations and ensuring our team adheres to them.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse competitive activities, and provide insights and keep management and stakeholders informed about product progress and results Assess and mitigate risks associated with 3rd party vendors and product roadmap for smooth transitions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing 3rd Party Products team, providing mentorship and development.

To be successful you need to have:

 

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience required.
  • 5+ years of financial/payment services/technology company experience required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, managerial studies, or any relevant degree.
  • 5+ years of People Management experience.
  • A strong understanding of procurement, vendor management and business outcomes affecting products in conjunction with dynamics of 3rd party business relationships, a must.
  • Experience working with Confluence, Jira and Miro an advantage but not essential.
  • Familiarity with the SAFe framework and methodology an advantage
  • An understanding of financial implications, budget management, and cost-benefit analysis is important for evaluating the financial impact of product efforts.
  • Data and process-driven decision-making is needed.
  • The ability to think creatively and introduce innovative solutions by facilitating the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The ability to assess risk by identifying obstacles and having contingency plans in place.
