What to Expect in the Role
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will:
- Create a positive customer experience with every interaction
- Support customers via phone, email, or chat
- Deliver tailored service while maintaining high quality standards
- Contribute to our inclusive and collaborative working environment
- Seek opportunities to improve processes and drive business impact
- Work on 8-hour shifts from 15:00 to 00:00
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluent command of English
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Readiness to take ownership and responsibility
- Willingness to work in an international, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a global organization or high-tech industry is an advantage
