What to expect:

  • Support the implementation of Global Compliance Programs & Standards across all Paysafe businesses and services
  • Maintain Global Compliance Programs and Standards by following regulatory updates for relevant geographies and jurisdictions, provided by the Regional Compliance teams
  • Oversee Local Compliance Standards created and maintained by the regional compliance teams and their alignment to the Global ones
  • Act as a contact point for the relevant Compliance Programs and Standards
  • Following Paysafe governance model, document the programs and standards into the relevant Compliance policies and keep them up to date
  • Participate in the policies preparation by following the governance framework of policy, standard and procedure with the appropriate type and level of information per area
  • Review new business models and Compliance policy waiver requests against the Global Programs and Standards, balancing regulatory compliance and business support
  • Address new policy/standard/procedure requests by other Compliance or external Paysafe stakeholders

 

To be successful you need to have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or risk management experience in lieu of the degree
  • Very good knowledge of card payment processing/acquiring and digital wallets
  • Experience working within a risk or compliance team and an understanding of the importance of policy and audit functions
  • Good knowledge of governance concepts in the financial industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team minded, innovative and experience working across departments
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point
