Key Responsibilities

  • Review and Enhance Compliance Programs
    Assess Paysafe’s Global Compliance Program to identify areas for remediation and improvement. Monitor regulatory and compliance audits, recommending program updates to ensure alignment with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment
    Establish a structured process to align all significant Global Compliance Program enhancements with Paysafe’s senior compliance leadership.
  • Manage Program Pipeline
    Maintain a centralized pipeline of compliance program initiatives and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Lead Implementation Across Functions
    Oversee the execution of Global Compliance Program enhancements in collaboration with external stakeholders, product teams, and other functions. Ensure effective tracking and transparent reporting of progress.
  • Engage Senior Stakeholders
    Partner with senior compliance leaders to support—and where appropriate, lead—program improvements within their areas of expertise.
  • Ensure Policy Integration
    Guarantee that all material compliance program enhancements are accurately documented and incorporated into Paysafe’s policies and standards.
  • Represent Compliance in Key Forums
    Participate in senior stakeholder meetings, sessions with key partners, and payment processors, clearly articulating Paysafe’s Global Compliance Program.

 

 

To be successful you need to have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Compliance in a payments company
  • Extensive subject matter expert knowledge of card payment processing/acquiring and digital wallets
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading and implementing global Compliance projects and programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or risk management experience in lieu of the degree
  • Experience working within compliance team, including senior management, and an understanding of the importance of policy and audit functions
  • Good knowledge of governance concepts in the financial industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team minded, innovative and experience working across departments
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point
