Compliance Assurance Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Assurance Analyst to support ongoing monitoring and controls testing activities and to help produce clear, actionable management information. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to identify trends and communicate results. 

What to expect:

• Perform regular, thorough, and timely monitoring and controls testing activities based on Compliance Assurance leadership’s guidance and task assignments. 
• Support senior analysts and the team management by preparing recurring management information (e.g., trend/pattern analysis, ad hoc and scheduled reports, presentations, and operational documentation). 
• Clearly communicate monitoring and testing results to senior analysts, team leadership, and relevant stakeholders. 
• Deliver against agreed qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., testing volumes, quality standards, and turnaround times). 
• Contribute to improving procedures, guidelines, and systems by helping develop, review, and implement updates that enhance completeness, accuracy, and efficiency. 

To be successful you need to have:

• 1-2 years of Risk or Compliance experience, or relevant University Degree
• Strong computer literacy; confident using email and the web, and AI tools. 
• Advanced written and spoken English is a strong must. Any other foreign language literacy will be considered an advantage. 
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to collaborate in a team. 
• High attention to detail and an ability to explain results clearly to different audiences is a strong must.
