The role of the Merchant Onboarding Specialist is to help lead, support, manage specific tasks, plan, coordinate, and report on Integration projects in a timely manner and in line with organizational objectives and needs

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client integrations.
  • Proactively engage new clients to align on integration criteria, expectations, and project steps.
  • Develop and maintain weekly project plans and progress reports for ongoing integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Tech, Sales) to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.
  • Prepare and manage integration plans, schedules, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved challenges to appropriate department leads.
  • Deliver status reports to key stakeholders and senior management.

 

To be successful you need to have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, project coordination, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical aptitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., iGaming, fintech) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asse.
