What to expect:

  • Participates in internal projects from chargeback perspective;
  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects from chargeback perspective;
  • Responsible for preparing and updating procedures related to internal projects;
  • Establish new processes in regard to company’s projects from chargeback perspective;
  • Deliver weekly, monthly reports and ad-hoc;
  • Fully responsible for quality assurance review and UAT of the process end-to-end;
  • Provide the regular feedback for the projects, testing process and the results;
  • Collaborate with other internal departments and vendors involved in company’s projects;
  • Escalate and investigate technical issues;
  • Working on issues identified during the testing in order to resolve them;
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to address and resolve problems;
  • Act as the subject matter expert and central point of contact along with the Manager of internal projects;
  • Oversee projects, investigating and escalating issues in case of challenges in the implementation of projects;
  • Deep knowledge of the Chargeback process;
  • Keep GOLA and internal SLA.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or similar area would be an advantage
  • Experience within the Financial Services or Card industry would be an advantage
  • Imperative that the person is a Team player
  • Fluent in English is a pre-requisite
  • Proficient MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility
  • International mindset
